This machine is specially designed for mass production of PP woven block bottom valve sacks with single layer lamination. The electrical system uses Schneider PLC, touch screen and servo drivers; sensors are from Panasonic, SICK and Omron; bearings are NSK and NTN; reducers are Japan SHIMPO. These top level parts ensure stable running, low failure rate and long service life, even under continuous production.

One of the core advantages is the patented triangle bag opening system, which uses vacuum negative pressure to open bags without suction cups or other wearing parts. It features fast forming, stable opening and greatly reduced maintenance cost, which is very friendly to Indian users with limited after sales conditions.

 

Equipped with an AI visual inspection & rejection system, the machine uses 4K industrial cameras to detect fabric defects such as holes, scratches, uneven weaving, as well as bag making defects including wrong sticker position, missing bottom sticker, incomplete folding and poor welding. The rejection rate is higher than 96.5%, and the leakage rate is controlled below 0.15%, effectively improving product qualification rate and saving labor cost.

FK008 Ⅲ is also designed for easy operation and quick maintenance. The human machine interface is clear and intuitive; workers can master operation after simple training. The whole machine is 12.0m long, 7.5m wide and 2.5m high, with a compact layout that fits most Indian workshops. Power supply is 3 phase 380Vac 50Hz, which is consistent with local power standards. We provide on site installation, commissioning and professional training, plus a one year warranty and three year free software upgrade.
